Loch Tay Lodges are beautiful self catering holiday accommodation in the Heart of Scotland. They form part of Remony Estate, which surrounds the picturesque village of Acharn and enjoy stunning scenery overlooking Loch Tay towards Ben Lawers and Schiehallion. The stone built Grade B listed building, originally constructed in the 1800’s by the Earl of Breadalbane, to house crofters has been sympathetically converted to provide six comfortable lodges, whilst retaining many of its original features. Currently rated 3 stars by Visit Scotland, 3 sleep 4, 2 sleep 6 and 1 sleeps 8. Fully equipped with TV, DVD, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker & fridge. Bed linen, duvets and towels are all provided. There are open fires in 4 of the lodges, logs are provided free of charge. A lockable drying area is available to hang up wet clothes, it also houses a tumble dryer. Outdoor clothes line also available. One lodge suitable for persons with mobility difficulties. Cots and highchairs available. Well behaved pets welcome. In addition to above facilities: Parking outside each lodge. Safe children’s play area. Restaurants, bars and shops 1.5 miles in Kenmore. Area activities
Wonderful salmon and wild trout fishing and private jetty on Loch Tay. Boats and permit available. Stunning scenery and wildlife – an excellent base for walking, cycling, touring, golf, horse riding, bird watching or just fishing!
