2. Participants must have a valid email address and active Facebook account to participate.
3. The closing date for the First Stay&Fish Free Prize Draw is 28th November 2011.
4. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, illegible, misspelled, incomplete or altered will be disqualified. Only valid Facebook accounts will be considered as entries. Email addresses must have a genuine, unique owner.
5. Personal details when registering for subscription to our email newsletter service will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy which can be seen at http://www.staytofish.co.uk/Services/policies-and-terms-of-use.html
6. The entry instructions form part of these rules.
7. It is a condition of entry that the winner's name will be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Mr Thomas from Kent.
8. Employees or family members of employees of Stay&Fish or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the prize draw.
9. Prizes (see published list which is subject to change or amendment) will only be awarded to Facebook accounts that appear in the list of fans of the Stay&Fish Facebook page.
10. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are not transferable.
11. The draws will take place 7 days after each closing date. The winners will be chosen at random from all proper entries received by each closing date by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final.
12. Notification of winning: The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the draw being made.
13. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped address envelope to Free Prize Draw, Stay&Fish, 11 Church St., Llandeilo SA19 6BH

15. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then we will be entitled to dispose of the prize as we think fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. A period of one month will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details for the winner to claim the prize.
16. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. We reserve the right to change, amend, or alter the specific details of the prizes available at the time of the draw.
