A message from James Miller co-founder of Stay&Fish
Hello everyone,
I would like to introduce myself. My name is James Miller. I own and run Garnffrwd Trout Fishery and Country Holidays in Carmarthenshire, Wales.
I have spent most of my life in the fishing and holiday industry being involved in the family business for the past 27 years and taking over the business after the loss of my father nine years ago.
I often, as I guess you do too, have frequent phone calls and emails asking you to advertise with various magazines and websites. Over the years I have been disappointed with the lack of good websites mainly because the websites have so much other information that your page just gets lost in the maze or your fishery or accommodation is put in a list of hundreds never to be seen again.
I found myself explaining this to an advertising company last year and then thought why don't I do it my self.
So,with my good friend Chris Jones we set up this new website. The website is designed so that all accommodation providers and fisheries have an equal coverage due to the use of the map search rather than a huge list or directory of providers.
My goal is also to form a network among Fisheries, Charter boats, Tackle shops which in turn will encourage the fishing fraternity to stay in accommodation in your location hopefully fishing and buying tackle in the process.
I am offering selected businesses the chance to advertise with us for free provided you show a small "stay&fish" link on your website,
